A student room is much more than just a place to sleep and study. In your room, you also will eat, relax and invite friends. This space will become your second home during your studies. We think it is very important that a student room is a cosy and warm home and it should matches your character.

Our student houses, ideal for students who need homeliness and social contacts, are located in a quiet and green environment in Wilrijk. Located in beautiful and attractive mansions, we have student rooms with shared kitchen and sanitary facilities. Besides these rooms wa also have studios with private sanitary facilities and kitchen available in these student houses. The mansions are full of many authentic details, such as original cement floors in the hallway, large and bright rooms with high windows, original fireplaces, beautiful cornices ... The authentic elements make our student houses and rooms unique and give them a homely character.

Our student rooms and studios are furnished, stylish and cozy. The common areas are regularly cleaned in order to keep everything tidy and clean.

People who prefer to have their own place can look at our student apartments in Mortsel and Oud-Berchem. The apartments are located in small and quiet buildings in central locations near several campuses of the University of Antwerp and Hogeschool Antwerp. We have furnished and unfurnished apartments for up to 2 people.
